Toffee Carmel Dip

So easy and so good. I had it at a party this weekend. It was gone before we left and I dreamt of eating it in my sleep.

1 block of cream cheese
1 package of heath toffee bits
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the cream cheese in the microwave for 40 seconds just until it is soft. Then mix all the additional ingredients. Make 1/2 hour before serving so that flavors mix. The toffee will get soft if you mix too early. Serve with cut up apples for dipping.

Stuff for caramel apple dip was on my grocery list!! I'll add toffee bits to the list:) Yum.

This is a great recipe!! I've had it before and it's SOO yummy--I need to make it again.

This is my FAVORITE apple dip! I could eat with a spoon (okay, so I have...). It's good with celery, too, when you run out of apples.
