Choco-Zucchini Cake

2 and 1/2 C flour
1/2 C Cocoa
2 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 C butter (softened)
2 C sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp orange peel (grated)
2 C zucchini (grated and raw)
1/2 C milk
1 C nuts (optional)

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini. Add dry ingredients alternateing with milk. Blend in nuts. Pour into greased and lightly floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or until cake tests done. Drizzle with frosting.
