1 package cheese tortellini(cooked and cooled)
4tsp. olive oil
1/4 Cup freshly grated parm. cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. basil
1 jar artichoke hearts
Take most of the juice off the artichoke hearts and blend all of the above ingredients.
(don't blend the cheese tortellini)
Then pour over the tortellini and chill.
